Site work projects have helped define Blue-Con Construction as a versatile and strategic construction partner in Ontario. In addition to completing municipal projects, subdivisions and commercial/industrial/institutional projects we are qualified to carry out many specialty projects as well.
Some of these include:
- Complete site-servicing packages at large plant sites
- Deep sewer projects that require specialized equipment
- Demolition projects
- Erosion protection using Armour stone and/or Rip Rap
The majority of our projects are tendered "By Invitation Only" and due to our reputation, Blue-Con is always on the invited bidder list.
Many Consulting Engineers call Blue-Con Construction to be certain that we are aware of a Tender Call and will be submitting a price. In addition, our Estimating department is regularly contacted by municipalities and Engineers for our assistance and advice with budget preparation and job methodology.
